How EPBD requirements are met.

EPBD Article 7 BER requires that when buildings are constructed, sold or rented out, an energy performance certificate (label) is made available to the owner or by the owner to the prospective buyer or tenant

  • The Building Energy rating is calculated using DEAP software.
  • BER relates to primary energy kWh/m2/y.
  • No minimum standard of energy performance.
  • Linear scale.
  • The EPBD rating must be produced by Registered BER Assessor.
  • The EPBD rating is valid 10 years unless changes are made to building.
